Our Programmes
Leadership Development
These programmes are for cohorts or groups of technical and functional managers. The client identifies the leadership capabilities they need to build and strengthen and then we will then immerse the cohort in a programme which includes pinpointing their strengths and gaps, engaging their line manager, modifying their behaviours and assessing progress.
Team Effectiveness
The 90-day programme is focused on supporting Functional and Technical Managers to assess their team effectiveness, and surface and resolve conflicts, so that they move more quickly towards High Performing Team status whilst maintaining effective outputs and productivity.
Individual Coaching
These intensive programmes will assist managers to fulfil their potential strengthen their personal confidence. These programmes typically span 6 months and often, but not always, include the individual’s line manager.
